Most application fees for decision reviews by the Tribunal increased on 1 July 2026. To help ensure the correct fee is paid, any applications for the review of Migration and Refugee decisions that are incomplete have been deleted. This means that you need to fill out a new application and pay the new fee if you did not submit your application before 1 July 2026..
