On 1 July 2024, most application fees for the review of decisions by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal will increase.

To help ensure the correct fee is paid, any applications for the review of decisions by the Migration & Refugee Division that are incomplete will be deleted on 1 July 2024. This means that you will have to fill out a new application and pay the new fee if you do not submit your application before 1 July 2024.

Visit our website for more information.

Online Services account holders: the status of applications may continue to show as “incomplete” for up to an hour after lodgement. Allow an hour for your dashboard to show the correct status and for confirmation email to be received. Do not submit form again.
