The tribunal case/review number - if you lodged after 28 March 2025, your case/review number has the format: year-3 digits-3 digits, for example 2025-123-123

There is no limit on the number of documents you can send us.

However, the total size of the attachments in a single email must not exceed 30MB.

The Tribunal can only accept the following file formats:
