Send us documents for the review of an NDIS decision

This page provides information about how to send us documents if you have an existing review of a decision made by the NDIA.

NDIS applications lodged after 28 March 2025

Send an email to [email protected]:

You must include:

  • The tribunal case/review number - if you lodged after 28 March 2025, your case/review number has the format: year-3 digits-3 digits, for example 2025-123-123
  • Applicant or organisation name
  • Your role in the case
  • Email address
  • Contact number
How many documents can I send?

There is no limit on the number of documents you can send us.

However, the total size of the attachments in a single email must not exceed 30MB.

What type of documents can I send?

The Tribunal can only accept the following file formats:

  • Microsoft Word documents (.doc and .docx)
  • PDF files (.pdf)
  • RTF files (.rtf)
  • Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (.xls and .xlsx), and
  • JPEG, GIF or PNG image files

If you lodged before 28 March 2025, your Tribunal case/review number has the format: year/4-digit number, for example 2025/1234
